My name is Mateo Edwardo. I make art because I never learned how to fake anything—except the smile on my face. What I create doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from everything I couldn’t say, everything I couldn’t be, and everything I refuse to keep buried anymore. It’s not always pretty. It’s not always clean. But it’s mine—and now it’s yours, too.

This work is built from isolation and rage, yes—but also from the quiet after it. From reflection. From hard-earned perspective. I’ve felt the pain. I’ve pulled myself back. I’ve found rhythm in the wreckage. And every piece I make carries that contrast—color and chaos, stillness and sound, structure and collapse. It’s not just dark. It’s a language for tortured souls.

But this isn’t a confession. It’s an invitation.
