  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes. All orders ship free within the U.S. There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Production begins within 24–48 hours. Most items ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    Take clear photos of the damage and email us at support@mateoedwardo.com within 72 hours. We’ll get back to you quickly with next steps.

  • How do I hang my art?
    Most wall art arrives ready to hang. That includes mounted canvas, framed pieces, and acrylic art with French cleat hardware. If mounting instructions are needed, they’ll be included with your order.

  • Are the colors exactly as shown online?
    Slight variations can happen due to screen settings, but the artwork is professionally printed to match as closely as possible.

  • Do you offer custom sizes or framing?
    Not at this time. All pieces are sold in the sizes and formats listed on each product page.

  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    No. At this time we do not offer special gift wrapping or packaging options.

  • Will everything ship together if I order multiple items?
    Not always. If your order includes different types of products or bundled items, they may arrive in separate packages.

  • What does ‘Limited Edition’ mean?
    Limited Edition means only 250 copies of that piece will ever be sold. Once all 250 are gone, the artwork is retired permanently with no reprints.
