Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimums, no hidden fees.

Production & Delivery Time

  • Production begins within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed.

  • Most products are produced in 1 to 3 business days, though some may take longer depending on the item.

  • After production, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 days from the original order date.

  • A very small number of items may take 10 to 14 days, but this will be clearly stated in advance before purchase.

Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to differences in production time or product type. If your items arrive separately, don’t worry—they’re on the way and will all be delivered.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen issues.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

  • Standard shipping is the only option currently offered.

Return & Refund Policies

All products on MateoEdwardo.com are made to order. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll fix it.
If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or a significant issue (wrong size, wrong product, printing flaw), please report it within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

To report an issue, use our Contact Page or email us directly:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the affected item(s)

What happens next:
If the issue is due to a production error, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution. Depending on the situation, that may include:

  • A refund (full or partial)

  • A replacement of the item

  • Store credit toward a future purchase

There’s no need to return the damaged item—you can keep it.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use.

  • Minor color variations due to screen display or print process are not considered defects.
