  3. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout and processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store or access your credit card information.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

  5. Returns and Refunds
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Proof of damage is required. See the Return Policy for complete terms.

  6. Promotions and Discounts
    Discount codes and promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time. Only one discount may be applied per order unless explicitly stated. The 20% new subscriber offer applies once per customer.

    Purchasing a product does not grant a license to use, reproduce, or redistribute the digital design or visual content. All rights are reserved. No resale, NFT conversion, AI training, or derivative work is allowed. Commercial use is prohibited without a signed license agreement.

  10. Anti-Theft and Enforcement
    We actively monitor for theft and infringement. All violations will be pursued using DMCA takedown notices, intellectual property claims, and legal enforcement under U.S. and European Union law. Offenders are subject to penalties, damages, and permanent bans from the Mateo Edwardo platform.
